The Pursuit - Youth & Parents Retreat

As we consider the gospel, we get a glimpse of this beautiful life-equation that’s presented to us in the work of Christ: Christ’s pursuit of us results in our pursuit of Christ. Christ took the hill of calvary in loving pursuit of a set apart people, calls them to himself in saving grace, and continues his pursuit of his people in transforming grace. The result then of Christ’s saving and transforming pursuit of a person is that they then grow in the life-long pursuits of knowing, loving, and following Christ.
